Morgellons is an anomalous skin condition, with visible symptoms like skin lesions and filaments that emanate from sores. Even with physical symptoms patients have still been told there delusional.
Black specks, fibers, and pustules are usually the first signs of Morgellons.
Most people with this disease often complain about skin itching, burning, or feeling of something crawling underneath the skin.
